Deputy Minister of Defence, Major General Aruna Jayasekara (Retd), paid an official visit to Rakna Arakshaka Lanka Ltd (RALL) on Thursday (Mar 6). RALL, a state-owned security services company, operates under the purview of the Ministry of Defence.
Upon arrival, the Deputy Minister was warmly received by Brigadier Jude Fernando (Retd), Chairman/CEO of RALL. During the visit, Major General Jayasekara took the opportunity to familiarize himself with the company’s operational and administrative framework. He also engaged with both civilian employees and retired military personnel serving within the organization.
Following an introductory address by Brigadier Fernando (Retd), the Deputy Minister participated in an insightful discussion with RALL’s Board of Management. The session provided a platform to exchange views on key operational matters and strategic initiatives.
The Additional Secretary (Civil Security and Development) to the Ministry of Defence Mrs. Indika Wijegunawardana also joined the discussion with Deputy Minister.
