Training Modules for Elementary, Medium and Higher level training for Security Officers, Sea Marshals, Managers & Consultants
CIMSTA has been made responsible for setting the standards for training private security industry personnel, and all licenses required. Under the direct guidance of the Ministry of Defence, CIMSTA will conduct all private security related professional training, and set the training standards in the Sri Lankan security industry.
CIMSTA’s Goal: To provide professional, multi-skilled personnel to handle security risk, threat and response as First Respondents.

CIMSTA’s Mission: Consistently raise the quality and standards of security personnel and professionals through training and education.
CIMSTA’s Trainers: CIMSTA has established strong connections to the security industry specialists and the training staffs with academic specialists with military, police service or security expertise backgrounds which will build your knowledge, network and work opportunities.
To produce fully fledged security personnel with necessary training and skills to handle security and safety related incidents independently with confidence.
Integration with NVQ level qualification for trainees and trainers in association with “Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission” & Vocational Training Authority.
Training sessions will accommodate the participation of representatives from other security agencies to highlight the importance of CIMSTA.
Develop modules on elementary, medium, and higher-level skills training for security officers, sea marshals, and supervisors, and to provide specialized team training to better handle special situations.
RALL training policy will be to produce professional, multi skilled security personnel better able to handle immediate security risks, threats, and respond fast and efficiently.
RALL training is totally committed to ensuring that all security personnel are adequately trained to fulfill their obligations.
First-aid training and fire fighting will be integrated as appropriate
At the end of each training course security personnel will be individually assessed on his/her professional capability in a written and practical examination.
Regulate compulsory testing and licensing of Private Security Officers.
CIMSTA’s all training modules are conducted in affiliation with Sri Lanka Vocational Training Authority (VTA) which counts for a well recognized NVQ certification for those who are successfully completing the training programmes.
