Junior Security Officer (JSO)

Those who would be recruited will be working for a government organization coming under the leadership of the Ministry of Defense (MoD). All JSOs recruited will undergo mandatory training at our training school (CIMSTA), and will be presented with an NVQ certificate upon successful completion.

Those who would be recruited will be working for a fully government organization under the authority of the Ministry of Defense (MoD). All LSOsrecruited will undergo mandatory training at our raining school (CIMSTA), and upon completion of course, will be presented an NVQ certificate.

Junior Security Officer (JSO)

Description

Those who would be recruited will be working for a government organization coming under the leadership of the Ministry of Defense (MoD). All JSOs recruited will undergo mandatory training at our training school (CIMSTA), and will be presented with an NVQ certificate upon successful completion

Responsibilities

  • General security duties

Reporting to

  • Officer-in-Charge (OIC)

Educational Qualifications

  • Legal discharge certificate from the tri-forces, STF, Police of civil defense force. Or
  • Grade 9 certificate.

Other Requirements

  • Copies of birth certificate, marriage certificate (if applicable), educational certificate
  • Grama Niladari certificate (where applicable)
  • If formerly in the security services, the discharge certificate
  • A copy of the CV
  • 2 Character Certificates and passbook copy.

Benefits

  • Highest wages paid in the industry and allowances
  • We make all statutory payments made mandatory by the government, inclusive of the EPF, ETF, etc.
  • Free hostel facilities.
  • Year-end bonus payments and after a 5-year service eligible to gratuity payments
  • Overall Rs550,000/= labour protection insurance cover
  • Death Benevolent Allowance of Rs400,000/=
  • In cases of natural death, Rs125,000/= and on accidental death Rs1,925,000/= insurance cover and Rs2,000/= payment to 2 children who are under the age of 18 years as a monthly educational payment of Rs2,000/=

Educational Qualifications

  • Legal discharge certificate from the tri-forces, STF, Police of civil defense force with the rank of Warrant Officer I or II in the Army and equal rank of other 2 forces.

Other Requirements

  • Copies of birth certificate, marriage certificate (if applicable), educational certificate
  • Grama Niladari certificate (where applicable)
  • If formerly in the security services, the discharge certificate
  • A copy of the CV
  • 2 Character Certificates and passbook copy.
