M/s Rakna Arakshaka Lanka Limited (RALL) which celebrates its 13 years anniversary this year will hold its 9th Annual General Meeting on 22nd June, 2020 at the Board Room of Head Office of RALL.
Mr. P.H.A.S. Wijerathna- Additional Director General and Mr. K. Sudarshana De Silva – Deputy Director of Department of Public Enterprise will attend the Annual General Meeting as Sole Shareholders of Rakna Arakshaka Lanka Limited Mr. J.S. Shantha- Superintend of Audits and Ms. Thanuja Manori Abeysekara will attend the Annual General Meeting representing Auditor General’s Department.
Mr. Chathura Mohittegedara- Director (representing Ministry of Finance), Mr. S. Prasana Kiriwaththuduwa- Director (representing Ministry of Defence) of Rakna Arakshaka Lanka Limited together with Major (Retd). Dulath L. Wijetilleka- Chairman/CEO, Lt. Col (Retd). A. T. Banagoda- Director Corporate Affairs, Human Resources & Administration, Mr. Randika I. Fonseka -Director Finance will attend the Annual General Meeting as the Guest of Honour.
Board Secretary – H.V.C.U. Vithanage- well come the Shareholders and guests to the 9th AGM and proceed the meeting. Representatives of Department of Public Enterprise highly appreciate holding an AGM with a short notice and during the meeting new appointed Chairman/CEO Major (Retd.) explained the current growth and action plan of the Company and emphasize that, Senior Management aspire to do much more for our employees, who are Ex-Servicemen and Women of Tri-Forces, Police and Special Task Fore and our country. Further addressing the gathering Chairman stated that our goal is to reinforce the existing and building new stakeholders which create the platform to reach out to new business opportunities in the security and maritime industry.
Shareholders were very pleased with current position of the Company and wish the management the best of luck for future endeavors of the Company and ensure to provide all the support and guidance for future business activities of the Company in the coming years.
Chairman concluded the meeting saying that, collective effort of the new team will lead to plan and execute new business ideas, which support to increase the revenue of the Company and achieve company goals and ensure that Team RALL can definitely make a huge difference in the Security Industry by giving “Little bit More”.
