Rakna Arakshaka Lanka Limited, in partnership with Ambrey Service DMCC, continues to raise the bar in maritime security through its specialized Maritime Security Training Program (Sea Marshal Training Program) under the guidance of RALL Chairman/CEO – Brigadier Jude Fernando (Retd) Dip. in Psy. & Counselling. From 10th of February to 15th of February 2025, 21 ex-military officers will undergo intensive training at the Commercial Industrial Maritime Security Training Academy (CIMSTA), under the expert supervision of international instructors Mr. Andrew James Walker and Mr. John Gregor Hughes, with the Head of Maritime Operations – Commodore D. L.S. M. Dias (Retd.) WWV RSP USP MSc (Security & Strategic Studies) BSc & the Commandant of CIMSTA – Brigadier B. M. A. Balasooriya (Retd.) RWP RSP USP psc MLRHRM overseeing the program.
