It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our Junior Security Officer, Mr. D.L. Thabrew, who tragically lost his life in an accident on his way to work on 2023. At Rakna Arakshaka Lanka Limited, we not only mourn the loss of a valued team member but also honor his memory with heartfelt gratitude for his dedicated service.
In recognition of Mr Thabrew’s commitment, we have ensured that his family receives support during this challenging time. Through our personal insurance scheme, his next of kin will receive the cheque, a gesture of appreciation for his contributions and a demonstration of our commitment to our employees’ well-being.
To mark this occasion, attended key members RALL team, including the Chairman/CEO, Head of Administration, Head of Land Operation, and Senior Manager of HR. Together, we handed over the insurance amount to Mr Thabrew’s family, standing as witnesses to our pledge to support our employees and their loved ones through all circumstances.
