CIMSTA Private Security Training Academy prepares you to become a private security officer. Security officers protect property, people, equipment and money from theft or other criminal activity including waste, damage and unsafe behavior.A security officer’s role is to maintain order at a set location and provide a visible, prominent and reassuring, presence to the respective agency’s employees and the public. CIMSTA will offer accredited, structured and recognized training and will assist prepare for being a responsible security respondent.
Training focused instructional best practices instructional methodologies, and subject matter knowledge with highly experienced trainers so that they will be able to deliver reliable instruction regardless of delivery modalities. Instill the knowledge and skills to plan, coordinate, conduct, and administer the training programme. Validate the ability of trainer candidate to present and facilitate instruction in accordance with the trainers’ plan of instructions and associated instructional materials.

Produce professional multi-skilled security personnel better able to handle realistic training and adequate time is dedicated specially for assessment, testing, evaluation of trainee’s performances at the end of the training.
The objective of this training programme is to realise a minimum standard for every security officer in service. The basic training provides the necessary knowledge and skills needed for execution of the job.
